In September 2017 Realitim signed with the heirs who own the 1212 plot of Crissier, totaling a little over 35,000 m2, a promise to sell and purchase conditional on the entry into force of the building permit. . Less than six months later, in May 2018, the building permit file for a project of 77 villas was submitted to the Municipality. The public inquiry took place in the summer of 2018 and the building permit came into force in December 2018.
Having an absolutely exceptional value for money for a single-family ownership in a well located area, the project offers all the advantages of single-family villa ownership in terms of both acquisition and operation. The commercial concept based on innovative tools of personally configuring the property enabled the commercialization success of the project with a very quick sale of all the villas to new owners. Following a tender from total construction companies that was carried out simultaneously with the building permit procedure, the construction was entrusted to the company HRS.
