The land was acquired in 2012 for a total area of 9,150 m². The project developed on the basis of the revised general allocation plan (PGA), the building permit was filed immediately after the entry into force of the new PGA. The set up includes 3 new housing buildings and the transformation via a major renovation of an existing farm into a building of high architectural and functional quality, now dedicated to the medical activity of the North Vaudois Hospital Establishments (eHnv) and a commercial area (pharmacy). As for the residential buildings, 32 units were sold as PPE, with 14 units sold in building C and 18 units in building D. Building AB was sold to Vaudoise Assurances and includes 28 rental units. Work began in 2015 and the buildings were put into operation in 2017. The work was carried out by the total construction company HRS. The project has been delivered by Realitim and all the buildings are in operation.
The flexibility of the architectural and commercial concept made it possible to implement, in an optimal way, a commercialization strategy based on the mix between PPE and Rental, integrating commercial areas in accordance with all the objectives of the Municipality, and great satisfaction of users and investors.
