Our Mission
Focused on the identification, organization and acceleration of large-scale real estate projects that will make up the assets of this efficient and innovative investment vehicle, we work every day, for you, to seize the best opportunities.
Our goal ? Investing in the under-exploited development market by acquiring plots with high building potential but not yet fully legalized. This perspective essentially depends on a right selection of strategic areas and our focus is on the Lake Geneva area in particular. An area with the highest incomes that will continue to experience an increase in its population.
To carry out its mission, Realitim relies on a multidisciplinary team and its network of managers.
With an average time horizon of 8 to 10 years, Realitim targets a net annualized internal rate of return of around 10% after tax. In addition, the possibility of investing through co-development is offered to sponsors.
Combining know-how, independence, knowledge of regional markets and legal framework, our team manages all processes and pays particular attention to risk management in order to secure your returns.
Our services
Before integrating projects into our pipeline, visits are carried out to evaluate the plot and to collect all the data for the assessment of the opportunity. It is in hands of independent real estate experts to verify and appraise all projects.
Whether identified by our team or proposed by third parties, the investment opportunities to which we have access are all subject to an initial feasibility analysis by management aimed to determine development's potential.
