With an average time horizon of 8 to 10 years, Realitim targets a net annualized internal rate of return of around 10% after tax. In addition, the possibility of investing through co-development is offered to sponsors.

FEASIBILITY STUDIES
Whether identified by our team or proposed by third parties, the investment opportunities to which we have access are all subject to an initial feasibility analysis by management aimed to determine development's potential.

Organization & FOLLOW-UP
To ensure the success of current and future projects, it is crucial to pay particular attention to the monitoring and coordination of the various key stakeholders (representatives, municipal and cantonal authorities).
